Send Your Cap Specifications and Order Requirements
Capzorva coordinates baseball cap orders for apparel brands, importers and distributors through suitable production partners. The process starts with a clear brief covering the product, branding, quantities and delivery requirements.
Send reference photographs or a physical cap, artwork and available specifications. Include the crown structure, fabric, colour, brim shape, closure and quantities by style and colour. Identify details that must match your reference and those open to adjustment.
Share your destination and required delivery date. This helps us review production requirements and transport timing separately before proposing a schedule.
Review Feasibility, MOQ and Quotation
We review the brief with the relevant production partner to identify material availability, decoration suitability and any details requiring clarification. A logo crossing a centre seam, a special fabric colour or an unusual closure may affect the proposed production method.
MOQ is assessed by style, colour, material and decoration. Labels, patches and printed packaging may carry separate minimum quantities.
The quotation should identify the agreed cap specification, included branding, packing format and applicable setup charges. Confirm sample costs, delivery terms, payment arrangements and quotation validity before proceeding. Any substitutions or exclusions should be recorded clearly.
Develop and Approve the Sample
Once the sample scope and charges are agreed, development proceeds against the confirmed brief. A decoration proof may be reviewed first where the artwork needs checking on the selected fabric.
The complete cap should then be assessed for fit, crown shape, brim profile, logo position, closure and inside finishing. Our cap sample development process establishes the reference for these checks.
Provide consolidated revision comments with marked photographs. Approval should identify the sample version and any agreed differences. Unresolved substitutions or corrections should be settled before production authorization.
Confirm the Order Before Production
Before production begins, confirm the final specifications, quantity breakdown, approved artwork, labels, packaging and commercial terms in writing. Check that the purchase order and order confirmation describe the same requirements.
Record the inspection criteria, measurement methods and acceptable tolerances. Confirm whether any testing or third-party inspection is required and when it must take place.
The production schedule depends on material readiness, approval completion and the agreed payment arrangements. Changes after confirmation may require revised pricing, replacement components or a new completion date.
Follow Production and Inspection
Production follows the agreed construction and decoration sequence. Depending on the design, logo processing may take place on flat panels before crown assembly, followed by brim attachment, internal components and finishing.
Progress updates should refer to the actual order stage. If an issue requires a material or design change, the proposed adjustment needs buyer confirmation before it is adopted.
Quality inspection compares production with the approved sample and written requirements. Checks should cover measurements, shape, seams, decoration, closures and correct branding components. Any inspection findings requiring correction should be addressed before shipment release.
Confirm Packing and Shipment Preparation
Review packing against the approved arrangement, including crown support, brim protection, individual bags or boxes and quantities per carton. Confirm assortment, carton markings and warehouse labels before packing is completed.
The agreed packaging and export preparation supports shipment planning. Final carton quantities, dimensions and weights should reflect the packed goods.
EXW, FOB or CIF arrangements can be discussed for the order. Any DDP proposal requires separate confirmation for the destination and shipment. Confirm the consignee details, documents, transport booking and outstanding commercial requirements before dispatch.
To start an order review, send your cap reference, artwork, quantities by style and colour, destination and target delivery date.
