Cap Development Based on Your Order Requirements
Capzorva Baseball Cap supports overseas importers, wholesalers, apparel brands and promotional buyers with cap sourcing and OEM order coordination. Based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, we work with production partners according to the selected construction, materials and decoration requirements.
Our core range includes baseball caps, snapback caps, golf caps and trucker caps. You can submit an existing style for adjustment or provide a reference cap, drawings or a tech pack for review. We check feasibility, sampling requirements and production arrangements before confirming the quotation.
Select the Cap Shape, Size and Components
Start with the construction: structured or unstructured crown, panel layout, crown depth, brim shape and back closure. These choices influence appearance, fit, decoration space and how the cap holds its shape.
For size adjustments, provide finished measurements and explain how they were taken. A reference cap helps clarify proportions that photographs may not show. Sweatbands, eyelets, lining and strap hardware are reviewed alongside the main construction. Changes to the pattern or components may require another sample before approval.
Confirm Fabrics and Colors Together
Fabric selection affects crown shape, seam appearance, embroidery results and packing. Share the material type, composition and weight where specified, together with any mesh, lining or sweatband requirements.
We review available options with the relevant production partner. Existing fabric colors and specially sourced materials can have different minimum quantities and preparation times. Use a physical swatch where color is important; screen images alone are insufficient for final approval. Our fabric and material options explain what to prepare for review.
Develop Logos Around the Cap Construction
Available decoration routes include flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, printed designs and selected patches, subject to the cap and artwork. Send vector artwork where available, intended dimensions, placement and color references.
Fine lettering, dense stitch areas and artwork crossing panel seams may need adjustment. Embroidery on a flat panel before assembly can also produce a different result from decoration on a finished cap. We review the proposed route and agree on the appropriate proof or sample. See logo and embroidery options for artwork preparation details.
Define Private Label and Packaging Details
Private label requests can include woven labels, hang tags and branded packing. Confirm label artwork, wording, dimensions and attachment positions before sample approval. Buyer-specified market labeling requirements should be identified during the initial review.
Packaging must protect the product as well as present the brand. Individual bags, protective arrangements and requested boxes are checked for suitability, availability and quantity requirements. Outer carton counts, style identification and shipping marks are agreed separately. Avoid finalizing packaging dimensions before the finished cap shape and packing arrangement have been checked.
Approve Samples Before Releasing Bulk Production
A sample plan should identify what needs approval. Depending on the project, this may include fabric swatches, a stitched logo proof, a complete cap sample and packaging references. A logo proof confirms decoration details; it does not establish the fit or shape of the finished cap.
We coordinate agreed sampling with the production partner and record comments against the relevant specification. Confirm construction, measurements, colors, logo and applicable packing details before release. Our cap sample development process explains these approval stages.
Establish MOQ, Costs and Production Timing
There is no single MOQ or lead time covering every cap. Quantities per style, color and logo version, material availability, decoration setup and special trims all affect the order conditions.
Sample charges, preparation time and the bulk schedule are quoted after review. The production start depends on the agreed approval milestones, material readiness and commercial terms. If you have a required receipt date, provide it early so production and transport can be considered together.
Check Finished Caps and Prepare for Dispatch
Order checks should reference the approved sample and purchase specification. Relevant points include measurements, panel alignment, brim symmetry, stitching, closure function, decoration and labels. Inspection scope, third-party attendance and laboratory testing require prior agreement.
Before dispatch, packing verification covers quantities by style and color, crown and brim protection, carton marks and the packing list. Our packaging and export preparation page outlines the handover details to confirm.
Send Your Cap Brief for Review
Send reference photos or a tech pack, quantities per style and color, logo artwork, packaging requirements, destination and target delivery date. Identify any details that are still open. We will review the production route, clarify sample needs and provide the applicable quotation terms.
