At Sane Baseball Cap Company, we take pride in delivering high-quality baseball caps that meet the standards of our global B2B customers. We understand the importance of reliability in bulk orders and private label production, which is why we have a transparent and fair return and replacement policy.
✅ 1. Return Eligibility
As a manufacturer specializing in customized and made-to-order products, we generally do not accept returns for the following:

Custom logo or branded items (OEM/ODM)

Items produced based on your specifications, such as fabric, color, embroidery, size, etc.

Minor variations within industry-accepted tolerance (e.g. ±5% on color or stitching)
However, if there are quality issues or production errors on our part, we will take full responsibility and provide a solution promptly.
⚠️ 2. Return/Replacement Accepted in These Cases
We will accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

Major production defects (e.g. broken stitching, incorrect embroidery, visible damage)

Wrong items delivered (not matching confirmed sample or final approved design)

Significant deviations in specifications (e.g. color, fabric, size, logo placement)
-
Shortage in quantity not previously communicated or agreed upon
To qualify, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Your order number or invoice copy

Description of the problem
🔄 3. How We Handle It
Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following based on your preference:

Free Replacement of defective items

Partial Refund (in case of minor issues where the goods are still usable)

Full Refund (in rare, severe cases where no resolution is possible)
We may ask you to return the defective items to our facility, but in most cases, evidence via photos is sufficient. Shipping costs for return/replacement will be handled by us if the fault is ours.
❌ 4. Non-Returnable Cases
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Orders placed with incorrect specifications by the buyer

Delays caused by customs or logistics once the goods leave our warehouse

Damage caused during storage or handling after delivery

Color differences due to screen display (unless grossly inaccurate compared to sample)
We strongly encourage all clients to request a pre-production sample to confirm quality and accuracy before bulk production.
⏱️ 5. Timeframe for Claims
All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods. After this window, we may not be able to process claims due to the nature of international shipping and inventory rotation.
